Proposal questions
How much does a proposal picnic cost?
Setups start from $499, which covers the styled setting, florals and setup. Extras like our floral heart arch, signage, additional fresh florals and curated catering sit on top, so the final figure depends on what you choose. Send us your date and we’ll come back with an exact quote.
Can you keep it a surprise?
Yes — that’s how most of ours work. We arrive early, style everything, and are gone before you walk up together. We’ll also keep the planning to whichever channel you prefer, so nothing lands in a shared inbox or on a shared calendar.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable, and weekend sunset slots go first. If your date is sooner than that, message us anyway — we can often make it work.
Where in Sydney can you set up?
Harbourside headlands, beaches, quiet park corners, and your own backyard — right across Sydney. If you’re not sure where, we’ll suggest a spot that suits your timing, the light, and how private you want it to be.
What if it rains?
We watch the forecast with you and move the date at no extra cost, or shift to an at-home setup so the proposal still happens. You won’t lose the moment to the weather.
Can you arrange a photographer?
We can coordinate one for you so the moment is captured from a distance without giving anything away. Just mention it when you enquire.
Do you provide the food?
We offer personally curated catering — put together for your occasion, never an off-the-shelf grazing box. It’s optional, so you’re also welcome to bring your own.
